Reference letter duties must match with their expected duties showing in NOC website. They are very strict about that.
You can apply online for some related job of Saskatchewan and send this correspondence to SINP as a proof of intend to settle in Sask.

It's been more than a month now (exactly 6 weeks) since my invoice tab disappeared. Is it normal time ? as I have seen people getting ADR or nomination pretty quickly.

How many days for your adr? me 45 days, should we send as soon as possible or just take time?

I am doing job in saudi arabia. Here no income tax on salary. How i will submit tax exempt form and what is the format. Also no provident fund and pension scheme for foreigners like i am working in private organisation.
I Received ADR request on 1st February 2019 and need to submit in 10 days .kindly help.

I recommend that you provide a pay statement and proof of deposit in your bank through deposit slips and bank statements.

You should obtain a supplemental letter from your employer stating that you do not receive any pension benefits and are not subject to income tax.

You could also print out any website pages of the Saudi Arabian government that describe the lack of taxes for foreign nationals in the country.
