Schedule 4 is a Federal and not a provincial form, and so it is written as if you are filing your application for permanent residence with the Central intake system in Nova Scotia. It presumes that you have already received a provincial nomination.

Saskatchewan 'borrowed' this form rather than making up their own form, and so it requests information that seems to be invalid.

So what you simply need to do is state that the province is Saskatchewan and the program is the International Skilled Worker - Express Entry (or OID).

Their purpose of having you fill out the form is for you to write the total value of your settlement funds in Canadian Dollars. This total must be the same as the sum of the settlement funds on each of the screens that you submit.

Only 4 years
Even with only 4 years if the 4 years enables you to accumulate at least 60 points on their grid then you should be okay. Be mindful of when the 4 years of experience took place, as more points are awarded for experience within the last 5 years than for experience that took place between 6 and 10 years ago.

But my job experience is in networking & telecommunications. Please advise for further

It takes 2 months in ideal conditions. NOCs 2173 and 2175 are in the list and regulated, needs 2 months for license. NOC 2147 is also there but it takes min. 1 year for licensing.

Professional licensure and the SINP
For potential applicants whose occupation is on the list below, the SINP requires applicants to have obtained the proper professional licensure in order for the application to be processed to completion. However, it may be noted that an application (submitted by an applicant whose occupation requires licensure) that does not include the relevant proof of licensure may be held for processing until such proof is provided. All other required documents must be submitted, otherwise the file will be returned and the CAD $300 government processing fee may not be refunded.

The exact process of obtaining licensure depends on the occupation in question, as well as other factors, such as the applicant’s professional and/or academic background. CICNews has contacted each organization designated by Saskatchewan for the purposes of licensure, and in the vast majority of cases it is possible for an applicant to complete the licensure process from outside Canada.

The processing times listed below for certain occupations refer to best case scenario outcomes; these were either listed on the websites of the organizations, or confirmed by the organizations when speaking to CICNews. These processing times assume that the application is complete. Delays may occur if the organization has to wait for a third party, such an educational institution, to forward additional required documentation, such as transcripts.
“The requirements for some occupations in Saskatchewan’s updated in-demand list may seem convoluted or confusing on first glance, but when you scratch beneath the surface, the route becomes clearer,” says Attorney David Cohen.

“Saskatchewan wants newcomers in certain occupations to be fully licensed from a Canadian perspective because Saskatchewan wants these individuals to be able to enter the labour market relatively seamlessly. By beginning this process from abroad before landing in Canada, these workers will have a head start on the competition. This is likely a process that workers would have had to complete at some stage anyway, so why not start from abroad and prepare in advance of future intake period for either the base sub-category or the enhanced category aligned with Express Entry? Not only would this increase one’s chances of finding a pathway to Canada, but it would also improve career prospects in Canada, both upon initial landing and over the long term.”
Contacted CISP and got following reply.

There are two ways majorly for NOC 2173 .

You can apply for the I.S.P. under the Education Plus Experience Route (http://www.cips.ca/EdplusEx). Under this route you are required to have your official transcripts sent to us directly from your educational institutions, along with a Canadian course-by-course equivalency assessment (assessment centers listed in application). If your course-by-course equivalency assessment indicates that they received your official transcripts directly from your school(s) then you can have the assessment center mail us an official copy of your assessment instead of having your school mail us your official transcripts.

Alternatively you can apply for the I.S.P. under the "Established IT Professionals Route" (http://www.cips.ca/EstablishedITProfessionals), which is purely experience based, and would not require you to send your transcripts. Under this route you would document your knowledge and experience that you've gained over the years in the listed knowledge areas. You are not required to have experience in all knowledge areas, however your total points gained from the knowledge areas must be greater than 21 points. While you will be providing your personal opinion about the points you believe to have in each knowledge area, the CIPS Experience Review Committee will ultimately determine how many points you are assessed at.

If you are interested in obtaining just the ITCP I would recommend that you apply under the "Education Plus Experience" route (http://www.cips.ca/ITCPEdPlusEx).

hi Everyone,

My NOC is 2173.
CRS 330.

Yesterday, my agent applied for SINP Occupation In-Demand sub-category on my behalf, all in hurry without knowing that I don't have any professional license. I am bit worried about it, as don't know about how much effort, money and time is required to get the ISP/ITCP certificate. I have zero idea about it.
Can anyone guide me in getting the certificate ? Any website where I can see the exam and question patterns would be appreciated.

best wishes.
You don't have to worry about it.
As per their update, one can apply for NOC 2173 without licence, and start the process of obtaining the licence in parallel.
Could you please let me know about your agent ?
I have applied SINP OID under NOC 2173 and now processing for obtaining the licence from CIPS.

Hi Everyone,
did anyone successfully find the way to get the professional license?
How to become Certified Membership as an Information Systems Professional?
What documentation does CIPS provides after that ?

Kindly help.

Regards,
Krishna

You can show Indian bank account.
But bank account must be in favour of you or spouse only, or both have a joint account. Parents or siblings name not allowed.
