I got a reply from SINP that my NOC is related to 2173 not 2171... But i am a system analyst and confident that my profile is related to 2171 only... what should i do now? Should I send a new doc to them or just apply for 2nd review?

They have put my application's status as ineligible..

Could you share ur jds here so that we can have a look at it.. there are many of us with 2171 so that we can match with ours ...

I am really surprised with the result... I went for ACS of Systems Analyst Australia... Its +ve and they have considered my full experience... How can SINP say that duties are not related to 2171 ...

This is their regular practice. If they don't do that, How can they select few from thousands?

In my opinion there are 50% jobs you have mentioned matches with 2171 where you asses stuffs and consults with clients and the rest of them where you are directly involved with the testing ( doing yourself) is matches with 2173. Dont put those 2173 jobs right at the top of the list better if you can cut down. 2171 is more into not that technically involved rather into consulting, observing and auditing point of views . I hope you get my point. For example you dont troubleshoot you may see the report of the troubleshoot and identify the core cause etc.

Mine applied on 22 nov ( NOC 2171) , in process in 23 nov , adr updated pof on 6th dec, from 14th dec still in process. but fund were not matured but gave an explanation most prolly will reject due to fund immaturity.

I am thinking of apply for a review ... I will attach my ACS for Systems Analyst and explain that my core duties are related to systems analyst not a test engineer...
