Hi,

My application went into IN PROCESS after submitting my ADR, they asked ADR for Birth certificate,settlement fund & work experience clarification but only I can see Birth Certificate added to my application other two not added to my application.

Can anyone please reply who come across this situation ,what is the reason for not adding the other two ADR documents or they forgot to add or it will not be visible to us.

Whether it will create any problem for my further process,please anyone reply....

Hi. I got another ADR regarding job letter. It says-

Further information, documentation and clarification from
the employer is required to explain the types of general and
specialized equipment, materials, land or access rights and
business services purchased and how they are further
processed by the establishment.


I read you were also asked the same thing. may i ask what clarification or documentation did you sent them??

I submitted on 22nd Nov, I got ADR asking for settlement plan along with other documents.

The employer should give what types of specialized equipments,materials they are using in your company and also your business Purchasing Process should be mentioned in your company letterhead in documentation format with signed by your manager or supervisor.This documentation should be given by your employer only.

In supporting documents I also plan to attach my previous invitation letters(for visa purpose) from our suppliers in Europe and china, which clearly state that they are inviting me to their country for purchasing of goods. Do you think this is a good idea??

yes, as well as all documents like promotion letter, purchasing order, supply documents receipts, orders, delivery receipts, quotations, correspondence related to business. Attach as many as possible but relevant only.

Ashu bhai will it be ok to send them company receipts, quotations and correspondence without the consent of company? As far as I know company wont allow me to do this

1.Whether we have to pay the processing fee and PR fee now itself while submitting our paper based application or we have to pay only the processing fee now, later on PR fee when they request,which is better? Please clarify

2. On the backside of one photo,whether we have to hand write the address of photo studio or we have to get the address stamped from the studio, which is acceptable?

3.Whether we can use the same federal forms submitted to SNIP with updated date and signature or we have to fill the new form,please clarify.,....

Can I ask where u from?
1. Better u pay now processing fee only. Always use advance payment system through Credit Card online facility.
2. You can use handwritten option. Write photostudio address and name, date, person name and status.
3. Always fill and print all forms again with latest date and signature. Cause status and circumstances have changed in 2 months. In background declaration form, be careful about point numbers 8 and 12.
