Dear all, how much time does it take when we receive nomination and receive an invitation from cic.? My 67 points condition will change next year in may..I'm very worried..I got my ADR and submitted on 27 August..will I be able to get visa before may next year.

You need not worry because the locks once you submit and more so being nominated. Your age and IELTS score as at when application is Submitted are keyed and has no adverse effect on the processing and period taken

I got ITA October 17. Submitted December 8. It changed to IN PROCESS early May 2020, and it has remained this way since then.

Is it advisable to send them an email inquiry?

My NOC is 1311.

My NOC is 1311, ITA same as you and Submitted on Dec 4th, went in process on 2nd APR and remained the same way. I mailed them two weeks ago and called them but got the same response, they are working on working on my file.

your noc 0122 which is banking related, so did you have any studies related to this field?

my noc is 6221 is technical sales specialist I have similar experience, but my studies in bachelors and masters in business studies and not technical studies.
my adr is for proof of funds updated and birth certificate of my wife.

ADR was for current bank statement.
I read civil engineering In school but I had an MBA two years into the 10 year banking experience I submitted. The MBA supports the 10 year banking experience I submitted.

It won’t hurt to send an email or to call them.
I called and sent an email after 7months of inertia on my file.

Hi,
It won't take much time, if you get the nomination and accept it in your CIC account, then you should get an invitation from CIC in the next draw. After you get an invitation, your 67 points are locked. Hope this can help.

Even i am 1311, Dec submission, July In Process and then no changes.
I am seeing many 1311 applications still In Process. Maybe they were selecting applications based on NOC; just thinking...

1311 also. My file is in process since december 2019. My invoice tab went missing last Aug 9, one month has passed and my invoice tab is still missing. I haven’t received any update
