You mean to say that Gift deed(from Inlaws) will work on not. :( I have given the affidavit also that this is gift to my wife form her father.

Guys, Got ADR 2nd time.This time they are asking as below.


  • The work experience documents submitted with your application do not meet all SINP requirements. Additionally, please provide the following to support your gainful employment with ALL of the companies in which you have claimed work experience.

  • - A second reference letter containing all required SINP information, from a different person in the organization;
  • Each work experience reference must be submitted with the following information:

  • • Business card or information showing the official title of each work experience reference.
  • • Email address for each work experience reference.

  • - Any additional information that will benefit the SINP in the verification of your work experience such as samples of your work and emails from your employer.

  • All documents must be translated to English or French if they were issued in a different language. Translated documents must be accompanied by a Translators Affidavit, which can be found on our website.
I have shown total 3 company exp. starting from 2008 till 2019. One of my company from 2008 to 2013 is closed and not into operations. In last ADR, I attached Form 16, few payslips, Bank Statement, Provident Fund but looks like officer is not convinced. Can someone help me to understand above lines and what should i provide them when company is closed ?

did you provide second reference letter as per their requirement for all the companies you worked for ?
