I have submitted EOI IN occupation in demand.

But in PROOF OF FUND , CAN I SHOW GIFT DEED , as I don't have 12.000 cad 3 months average balance in my account.

Pls do advise me guys .

Hi bro,
I am afraid Sask won't consider gift deed as POF. I would suggest to keep the funds in the account for 3 months had then you may provide the POF.

Hello guys, please can I use two NOCs for Saskatchewan EOI? Or it has to be only one NOC

Only one , how càn you use 2 noc.

If u open one another sinp eoi , your both eoi will be rejected as misrepresentation and might be you will be banned for 5 years

As far as your name is there on the deposits, it may not be a problem.

Yes , I am in joint name with my parents . My name is not as a nominee.

Yeah even I got same reply from SNIP. Is there some one who got this error message and disappeared later on ?

I got SINP EE nomination in NOC 2171 having 7+ years of exp. My application status is AR so I want to know if I can change my occupation which will result in change of NOC to 2282 in which I don't have any experience.

So do I need to inform SINP about this change? How will it affect my ITA?
