HI everyone,

Has anyone here submitted POF that were less that 90 days old but included a LOE and proof that the funds were not borrowed? Also what is the status of your application now.

I'm in this situation now, I submitted application Nov 30 2019 and my status has been saying 'In proces" for a few weeks, wondering if I should be worried.

It's been over 20 weeks since I submitted the application for SINP and the status on Oasis portal is still Application Received.

Upon inquiring with SINP via email got response that the file is in process and they'll reach out for any further documentation / once final decision is made via email.

Did anyone face similar scenario?

Hi, I sent an inquired email to SINP, and got the reply as same as yours. However, my Oasis status is still AR with submission on 12 Dec.

I strongly believe they will take the ECA result as final, that's the reason they have process in place to evaluate the education credentials.

Do you guys think that appealing to WES will make any difference. As Australian and Canadian education systems are at par with each other. There is no way that my Diploma will be less then two years of full time study of its Canadian counterpart

Hi, my partial POF is through FD which is a bit less than 90 days, I have added the proof of source of funds and a letter of explanation. My application changed to " in process" a week back. Keeping my fingers crossed.

Create another profile in EE and mail new profile number to SINP. Same happened with me also. Nothing to worry.

My first IELTS got expired now by April 2020 and I have a second one with me
and the SINP have my first IELTS as i send my documents on December...that time it was not expired.Should I wait for their reply

Are you getting the same points with your 2nd IELTS with which you got the nomination from SINP?
