Hi Abrar,

For reference letters, they are asking for a different one for each position that you held with the same organisation. You may either try to request the company to provide the same or ask different individuals in the company to provide that.

For rest of the evidences - bank statement, payslip, tax document (your), make an attempt to get what all you can.

Finally, add a LOE explaining your efforts to get requested ADR info with evidences such as email correspondence to banks/company and official gov instructions wrt the current Covid19 situation in your region and request either to consider & process the application with whatever you have submitted or ask additional time to respond.

I think that's the best you can do in current scenario. Others may pitch in with their suggestions.

Don't worry; Hope things will turn out good for you.

All the best!!
Thanks so much for the encouraging and spiritful reply, my concerns as I verbally spoke on phone to my HR and Dept Manager:
-> NO viability of any more reference letters due to lockdown situation reason being all office support such as letterheads, printers, stamp/seal etc not accessible
-> Even banks in the country I am currently in (Saudi Arabia) have fully closed down on govt. orders for an indefinite period.

I got still 12 days to respond, hopefully I can manage some turnaround; stay blessed and be safe. Any members valuable advice are welcomed.

Hi friends,

I want to confirm if husband and wife can support 2 close relatives for SINP same time.

I mean, can husband support her brother while wife support her sister, or couple can only support 1 application at a time?

thanks

Get in writing from your HR over the email that due to lockdown situation you cannot get reference letters. Similarly for bank, write letter of explanation along with proof that banks are closed due to current situations. Hopefully they will either give you some more time or accept it as it is.

I think a family can only support one person at a time. So husband and wife will have to decide on the person to support at any given time.

Hi Guys,
My brother's SINP file is in process currently. Applied on Dec 4th.
The IELTS result we submiited expired last week and today got email from CIC that he is not eligible for express entry profile.
Dont think he can give ielts now as everything is closed down. Would that affect in his SINP application processing.
Thanks

Hi, I am the only man facing this problem, I don’t know.

I have got ITA : 12 Nov 2019
Application submitted : 23 Dec 2019.
Current Status Condition: Application received.

Can you please suggest me, how long it takes to change the status from application received to in progress? What might be the reasons for?

Thanks in advance for your suggestion.

BR/ Tanvir

Hi,
Depending on your category and the Noc, the time period ( "submission" to "In process") frame ranges from 42-77 workdays (All things been equal). This is drawn from recent scenarios that i have been monitoring, which includes my own case study.
The processing period for Nomination by SINP in the last quarter(Jan-Mar) was 21 weeks on the average.

I only see people in OID category get their status changed or nominated. I'm in EE category with nothing changes yet since 12 Dec (more than 90 workdays already).

Do you mean the file application changes to IN PROCESS and after that its duration is 21 weeks for a successful NOMINATION ?

That is not my position on the mater. i was only relating to two different scenarios. 1 is based on my study, while the other is based on the time period as published on SINP website. This simply explain that the time it could take for processing can be earlier than 21 weeks

Please house, I want to know if anyone with noc 6332 (Baker) has received nomination dis year? I want to know if there's a general delay about the Noc or its just peculiar to me. Thanks in anticipation of your kind response

Yeah, same here... ITA Oct 31 and Submitted on Dec 26. Still Application Received.

Yeah, I know... I'm frustrated as well. Twice a day I've been checking SINP. Sometimes I feel like I'm going insane. o_O
