Sinp occupation license for NOC 2173

SNIP EOI needs occupation license for NOC 2173. Nd my ECA is also pending with WES due to PTU education. How can I apply for occupation license ND where to apply. Nd is there possibility for WES again start evaluate the PTU certificates.

SINP has removed 2173 from their occupation list. Did they add back now?
