SINP Oasis login

Today I tried to login to my oasis account And got this message:
“access to this application is restricted please try again later”
Anybody knows why?
Application was in process last time I checked two days ago

If you check the SINP website, SINP Oasis is down for maintenance.

Because they are updating their website for new EOI system
