SINP non express PR - no updates (Guidance appreciated)

Hi,

I got nominated by SINP (occupations in demand, international skilled worker) in July 2024. I applied for PR non-express entry online and submitted my application on 31st August 2024. Got my application number in a month or so after that. My status has changed a few times since then. My background check was in progress and now it says not applicable. Also since I filed my application my daughter turned 18 so I had to submit an immigration form on her behalf which was asked by the officer and then the review of medical results went blank. Since then my application hasn't moved. I had filed for an intra company transfer twice prior which was rejected after which I got nominated in SINP. I just filed for GCSM notes too. This is my first time applying for PR. I don't live in Canada. This is my status on the website

It looks pretty normal. They are still processing your application. It takes a couple of years to process.
