SINP NOC Classification- SINP even is confused about NOC

I applied for SINP in Feb-2017. My all documents were complete. Infact i received two ADRs as well.
Finally my application was rejected in Oct-2017 stating NOC mismatch

I applied under NOC 2171 as I am dealing with IT Presales. In the rejection Email they mentioned that my duties are more associated with NOC 2173.

Now NOC 2173 is "Software Engineers/Designeers" not even distantly related to my IT Presales Profile.

I raised a Secondary Review. In Secondary review they now stated that my NOC is 2147.
Now 2147 duties look more of a junior level IT engineer doing day to day IT Ops.

I am totally confused if I want to reapply what NOC to choose. There is no NOC related to Pre-Sales .....Sales is there but not pre-sales.

Please guide

Now you apply in NSNP Demand EE category B (without job offer) for noc 2171. Add 3-4 lines more in you existing Ref. Letter duties, point to point related to 2171. So will run

It is very fast. You can get Nomination in 2-3 months. Nowadays, SINP is very lazy. Many Jan Feb. Applicants are still waiting for Nomination.
