Guys,

I am in interesting situation. I applied on 1 January 2018 OID. My status is now in process.

But, I would like to ask you a question. By the date when I submitted the application e.g 1 Janurary 2018 I had bank statement of 2 moth and 10 days, but I still applied hoping they will count me and now application has been progressed to next stage where as I've understood they will check for documents if they contain all required information, isnt it? it is called BASIC REVIEW stage. This is what worries me much, do you think they will reject it? No I do posses all 3 moth statement and I have resend them updated bank statement, but is there possibility they can reject me?

The next stage and I believe is final is the criteria assessment? What is this. what do they check there?

On another hand, due to the fact I applied to Mechanical Engineer NOC, I had a mail from SINP saying that they put on HOLD my application for another year

What would you advise?

why did they put u on hold ??

I want to know did they say anything about your POF as it wasnt matured enough.

However, I have been working as a medical social worker over 5years in the same oganisation and also have 2 years work experience a sschool counsellor in another organization. The question now is; Does all my work experinces count towards skill work experience ponts or just my One year as a psychologist?

See social worker noc -4152;is not in OID list.and u can apply for psychologist noc -4151,The point is that u can apply for only one noc in a single time.

I have one question, my documents are translated by an advocate with stamped details like, translated by: name,address,signature. Also he stamped notary public on that translated document. Do i still need affidavit letter??
