Sorry to say but it will be sure rejected. You need to make profile beforehand and check 10-20 times. When it opens there is only time to submit and pay.
Don't worry same was happened with me as well but they accepted documents over the email.....
You applied to Sinp? Bcpnp is different from sinp..sinp is very strict as it' not employer based.
Please I need help. I applied for SINP Express Entry in Jan 2018 and they have requested some more documents.
"You indicated in your application that you have a sister residing in Winnipeg, Manitoba. The SINP requires that you provide documentation to prove that it is your intent to work and settle in SASKATCHEWAN".
Please what kind of document can i provide to show proof of settlement in SASKATCHEWAN? Your help is needed.

Tricky one. I always thought they don't nominate people who have real brother or sisters in other provinces. They know the person just want to enter and will run away.

Similar conditions apply to my case, my brother lives in Ontario and I mentioned this in the application. What should be a positive response to such kind of questions if it reflects in my case? I have applied SINP OID Jan 2018 with application received status.

From our august group, one member faced issues because of this reason. His brother lives in Canada ( Alberta), SINP asked explanation for this. And they asked to prove his intention to live in Saskatchewan

I received email stating that I need to submit my professional licence certificate , my case status is in progress.
I applied in Jan 2018 , EE profile.
I am working on getting the CIPS certificate, but for OINP it seems that we need to recreate the profile , if i withdraw and re create my EE profile,what will happen to my SINP application ? Could any one answer please.
