could any body will help me to find out that how we can know about the new intake of SINP EE, Last time I find out about it very late, this time I want to make sure that I submit my application on time. will any one help me in this regard?

I had applied for 1122 category for SINP in January 2018 but application shows not eligible. I already calculate my score and its also valid and all process done smoothly still application show not eligible anyone can advise ? What should i do next ?

Can you help me out about work experience doubt? As i am applying for SINP OID, my experience is 6 years and 1 week. Now i claimed 5 years points. There are also a section mentioning that last 6-10 years how many years of experience do i have like 1year or less than 1, 2years, 3years .. Now after my 5 years of experience i have 1year and 1 week of experience . should i count it 2 years ? they mentioned 1 or less than one year?
please help me out .
