SINP filed in 2012 - tracking

Good day everyone!

I would just like to ask from the group if there is anybody from the group that has the same application with mine...SINP family category that also applied last Sept. 2011? My husband don't have any job offer. he is the principal applicant since his cousin is the one who sponsored us.
If so, please share your timeline and any updates as well.

Fazan -Is the job offer letter that you submitted with your application approved by SINP. I mean is the Job approved by the SINP Team because that might have an impact on the time it takes. People who have submitted the job approval letter along with Job Offer letter might have a little less processing time to my understanding.

my consultant submitted it
how would i know if it is approved or not?
my consultant said that it is approved that is why my application is online

Fazan: I would advise you to speak with your consultant and check if SINP provided the approval for the job position before the Offer Letter was given to you.

I wanted to know what is the email address from where we get the email for document request or nomination. I want to make sure that I do not accidently delete such email.

laialbert, congratulations, could you tell me if SINP has sent you back all the documents submited by you and ask you to send them with the federal application forms to CIC? Thankyou.

This is my time line:
January 5, 2012 = Applied SINP-Skilled Worker Category, documents delivered to SINP office in Regina
February 17, 2012 = Received Acknowledgement/Confirmation/File number via email
July 2012 = Visited SINP office in Regina to follow-up and was told that application was in the middle of processing
November 28, 2012 = Received email to inform about the missing/incomplete documents and instructed to submit within 45 days
December 1, 2012 = Visited SINP office again to personally bring the documents

I am a tourist right now and have just extended my stay while waiting for the nomination so that I can change my status and start working. Does anyone have any idea how long will it take after complying/submitting other needed documents? Please advice how to proceed in this matter.

No, I wasn't asked to do it. SINP just instructed me to complete my missing/incomplete documents within 45 days so I did it. I got my nomination in less than 6 weeks after submitting the missing/incomplete documents.

My friend who got file no in 27 mar,13 for sinp, his employer has informed him that his job has confirmed & sinp has confirmed with his employer...its mean now sinp r working on mar,12 files
