SINP express entry or OID, which is better?

I have submitted a notification of interest with my EE profile number and job seeker code in Saskatchewan and got 65 points. Shall I also submit another expression of interest under OID Program? My Noc code is 2171, which is Saskatchewan's in-demand list.

You can only have one profile so not you can’t. An OID application will not change your score.
