SINP EOI - IELTS Validity

I have submitted the EOI last week. But my IELTS is expiring next week.I have the following questions.

1. Is my EOI is valid? My ielts test result was valid at the time of submission of EOI.
2. If am getting an ITA, do I need to submit a new ielts test result?
3. What is the validity of the ielts test result for SINP PNP?

once you will receive ITA you will be having 60 days to apply your case so in the meantime you can attempt ielts and upload the documents accordingly.

I received the following reply from SINP for the above question. EOI is valid for one year. Does this mean the IELTS test should have minimum one year validity at the time of submitting EOI?

It is your responsibility to provide accurate and correct information in your EOI. Your IELTS score should be valid and match with your information provided in the EOI.

Please be advised that if an applicant is found to have completed the EOI profile and self-assessment fraudulently, they will be refused and prohibited from reapplying to the SINP.
