SINP-CLB level

Hi,
I am going to apply for SINP program.
In SINP program, CLB level asked to calculate points for minimum 60 points criteria.
IELTS score:
Listening-7
Reading-8
Speaking-7
Writing-6.5
What is CLB for this score: CLB 7 or CLB 8?
