HI Mates,
I have few queries. Could any senior help me out?
1) I do not have back dated proof of fund. Is that ok if I submit money today into the account and take the certificate from bank and submit that certificate for immigration.
2) 250 applicants means 250 applicants per NOC? am i right ?
3) If they require last 3 months statement then can anyone help me how can I show back dated 3 months statement as I do not have liquid money. Can I anyone help me on the above matter.
4) My Passport is getting expire in April 2015. Shall I apply in SINP.
Can any senior help me out….. I am very worried.
Thanks in advance

Ans: Guess it is better to show for 3 months. But again, I have a similar issue for my relative who plans to aplpy. Is anyone out there taking chances to submit the closing balance certificate and then submit detailed statements when nominated? Is it worth taking chance?

2) 250 applicants means 250 applicants per NOC? am i right ?

Ans: To what I understand from the application guide, it is 250 worldwide - all NOC inclusive... so just 250 all-in-all...

3) If they require last 3 months statement then can anyone help me how can I show back dated 3 months statement as I do not have liquid money. Can I anyone help me on the above matter.

Ans: As explained in no. 1 above....

4) My Passport is getting expire in April 2015. Shall I apply in SINP.

Ans: Application guide clearly states that the expiry date on passports should be no less than two years from the date of your SINP application. So assuming you are applying on Jan 2 2014, u cannot have your passport expired before Jan 1 2016. So I would rather apply for a new passport in your case (something like tatkaal service in India) and then apply... I hear it is now really quick to get a new passport...

Thanks in advance

Anyone submitting the proof of funds where the main applicant is the joint owner of the investments? e.g. Primary applicant having a fixed deposit along with other joint owners (parents) who are not the applicants under SINP? Any advice if this makes sense or SINP would not consider such funds and need only under the name of applicant / spouse?

Hi Friends,

All the SINP aspirants let us connect here and share the required information in filing the application for nomination and later for CIC.

Looking forward for all the aspirants to come forward and join.
hello, i am also planning to apply on 2nd Jan, 2014.
my question is that they requir three months bank statement but in my case there wasn't sufficient amount of funds before hand, now i have deposited the amount in account, and only the ending balance of December will be according to criteria (will keep stable afterwards),...

is there any chance of rejection on this base only?
also for family connection, only one family member can be connected for one applicant?

kindly reply

Not clear on funds aspect, there is no harm in sending the same mentioned.
I am not sure about the family aspect, some one else should answer.

who can give answer about it?
as per previous family referral category, the sponsoring relative had to stay in Saskatchewan until his/her relative arrives and settles.
will this condition still apply? as its only family connection not sponsorship...(as my relative would probably move after august 2014)

can anyone shed some light on this aspect?
