I have 9 small fixed deposit. Total 17,424 CAD(enough for settlement fund).
I have scan a bank certification letter describing the all amount in a single page.
How can I describe it? Can I add all the FD number in a single tab putting ',' (comma) and add the bank certification letter?
or add separate page for each, describe separately and add the certificate for a single page?

No you have to add 9 Pages and upload the same document for all 9, as you are having details of all the FDs on same page
