I have the condition to apply for Nova Scotia Nominee Program, while I submitted an application for SNP( its status is Application Received).
what is the best thing to do? should I give me a chance for Nova Scotia and apply for that?

Hi Nepali,

This shows the processing time for earlier applications which was received by courier by SINP where as this time from Jan 2014 SINP started receiving application by online portal and committed to process faster. So the people who already having a review mail and In Process status in portal like me are expecting nomination of first batch in March 2014.

I think there is a problem with this table:
As we can see it is belong to 1 October to 31 December 2013 and it shows they counted applications processed in that 2 months.

As all of us know there wasn't any Skilled worker application without Job Offer in 2013 and all of them had Job Offer and it shows all applications with Job Offer took about 2.1 months to be finished and it is coincident with other guys timeline of 74 days getting their nomination for late 2013. This part is OK.

About 13.6 months for applications without Job Offer when they didn't such applications then how could they count that? I think they are trying to show us a number that is very big and unreal and try to tell us: you don't expect to get Nomination letter within a month!!! This is not the correct number and the exact number will release in 4 months later when some applications without Job Offer received their nomination letters.

This means 80% of applicants with Job Offer and without Work Permit applied on Jan 2013 and after that must still waiting for nomination and didn't receive their nomination BUT I think it is not TRUE. We can search the web and other forums for that. It is like that when we applied on 02 Jan and received the first AOR letter on 6 Jan then they told there are applicants from 2009 and 2010 still waiting!!!

Unfortunately SASK is not honest with applicants and they are not clear.
If really they want to keep us for 13 month wait only for nomination then I think we can send an email to them and asking them to cancel our file and today apply with NSNP with enough reason!!! The life is valuable and we don't want to spend our life in SASK's line

I think that SINP is processing the application according to the points applicants claimed. May be i could be wrong but this is only my perception. What do you think guys....I claimed 63 points out of 100.
