I think the SINP officers are non-technical persons without Science background. So, they can't able to match the duties with CIC NOC guideline duties, they need only word by word similarity. So I think this is better to paste min. 3-4 Duties as it is from NOC related CIC website.

I don't think you can just paste as it is stated on CIC because your employer or supervisor will only write it as he knows your description to be. It's difficult to tell your HR rep or supervisor to state it exactly like on CIC website.

Anyway, I got a response for SINP for a second review and my application is back in process. Hopefully, it pulls through or they explain the reason for the rejection so we can all learn from it.
