Hi, I faced the similar problem as you. Some of my documents are in JPG format. Few days after submited date, I send them again with PDF format. On 10-June when my application is In Process, I checked the application and found out only my passport is replaced with PDF format. The remaining is still in JPG format. I think the format should not be the BIG problem, because they only replace my passport as this is not scan copy, but it is taken by my camera. As a result, it is not clear enough.

So by ur statement, I assume they replaced 1 JPG file with PDF only because JPG was not clear enough. And the rest JPGs were not replaced.

Don't really understand them. Do they just need me to send my spouse change of name to MINE or they want her birth certificate as well

So far my understanding, you did not provided with your spouse's Birth certificate. So they requested it.

Also, I think the name of your spouse in Birth Certificate & Marriage certificate are different. So, you need to provide them with a verification of her/his name change.

Yes, I suppose that they only replace the documents if these are not clear enough. It means that your documents might be OK

Go to View Submitted Application Tab. Then on left side menu, click Settlement Funds.
There u can check it.
