Thanks Ashu,
I have updated in EE as well as in OASIS account.
I have not put the empl record from Sept 2004 to Jan 2006 (Last employer), Is it OK? As I am getting 60+ points with my current empl record.
When the SINP applications will open?
Is it compulsory to stay in the nominated province for 2 yrs or not mandatory?
Wow good, I think u must put the employment record of 2006-08 employment, in case of any fluctuation in polnts after verification, u might be in trouble. U always think it is running open and act according to. Upload all req documents, complete all forms. It would open anytime, maybe tomorrow, they r like RAW & CBI ABOUT Intake opening. No, actually it is moral duty & faith to stay there, not constitutional.

Dear, always think it is running open and work accordingly. This process repeat every :-* month first week with new date updated forms. It will take only 1-2 hours. :-* Note : If u don't mind, 'what is the meaning of 'billy', in our country it means cat.

Ashu,

Ok. I get big thank you.
'Billy'' means breeze in my country, it connotes someone that cannot be stopped from what they have ventured out to achieve.
For example, I have made up my mind to relocate to Canada and I don't see anyone or anything stopping me.
YOU GET?

Thanks Ashu,

yup! yup!

One quick one, when you submitted for SINP did you have original birth certificate that has your parents name on it? I can only get a sworn affidavit with my father's name on it, I hope that can surfice?

Yes, they require birth certificate with applicant's name as well as both mother and father name. If u don't have at the time of application, enclose the letter stated reason and tell them must send later with applying condition. Generally they don't consider affidavit. Better u clear properly to send an email at immigration@gov.sk.ca
Note : Act seriously in this matter, many applications rejected related incomplete birth certificate

Hi Ashu,
I dont have birth certificate for me and my wife. Both birth-year is 1981.
We have passport mentioning birthdate, will this be enough?
If not, what to do in this case?
Please advice urgently

I had a birth certificate with my name missing(no name on certificate). I got the following request from SINP

"Birth Document

The document you have provided is not acceptable as verification of birth (no name on certificate). Please provide a Birth Certificate. If you are unable to obtain a Birth Certificate please provide a non‐availability certificate AND one of the following documents: ‐ Education documents with birth date and parent’s name ‐ Baptismal certificate ‐ I.D. cards (with date of birth and parent’s name) ‐ National Voting Card ‐ Family/Household Registries"

In case you are not having a birth certificate ensure that you meet the second condition stated above.

Just having the passport would not help.

Ashu,

I appreciate. At the time of my birth, my parents were actually not given a birth certificate.
I think i can go back to the village where i was born and get a hospital to give me a birth certificate, what do you think?

No need to go there. One applicant Rocky has got the email of SINP about Birth Certificate. They explained more options of Birth Cert. Here is the Rocky's notification :

For Non availability of birth certificate one would still be required to visit the municipal corporation of the place one was born. I am talking about India where the databases are still not connected. You would come across agents who can make an affidavit for you and sell it as Non availability of birth certificate (there is no fixed format for the certificate varies from one region to another), so just be cautious.
Your case since you do not have a birth certificate, you can go with either option.

In case you have time, go in for a birth certificate else if time is a premium go with the option which takes less time.
