Couple of more questions!

for POF, online bank statement is enough or do i need to get something from bank?
Can i apply PR for myself only? and later call to my wife/Daughter & parents. Is it possible?

On line bank statement is enough, as well as Certificate of Bank Manager related to this will be a luxury. You have to apply with your family(spouse and son/daughters) otherwise they will ask a lot of questions and clarification. This is very tough to call family after immigrate alone. Parent are not family members (in their view), you can call them by Super Visa scheme after immigrate.

You have to complete yourself on Company Letterhead and signed it by Company HR or Supervisor, or Director, Proprietor or Partner, or Senior. The format is this for NOC 2282 (Your min. 3-4 duties and responsibilities will necessarily match to related NoC):-

Hi, I changed my employer but want to claim points only of my previous employement for SINP, then do i need to show my present employement status anywhere?

Why not? They have to accept. This is their rule & duty and they notify it in the application guide too. You can also confirm this to send email at immigration@gov.sk.ca. You can send additional documents at immigration.documents@gov.sk.ca

what is the process after getting nomination through SINP OID? and how much time does it take to get the PR after it?

After nomination, we'll fill forms with current date like, Generic, background decl., Economic classes, Supplementary Information, Add. family Information. Notary certified documents like Passports, Birth certificates, Marriage Cert. Originals like, Translator affidavit, PCC, Processing fee Payment Receipt. We Send this document packet to Sydney, Nova Scotia office by Courier. If everything is ok, then CIC redirect this to our local Visa office. Time to get PR is 6, 8 or 10 months (depend upon the person, who is dealing our application in Local Visa office, mine is New Delhi)

Hi cause last time they returned my application due to missing numerous documents.. Eventhough i send the all the missing docs in their email..
So now im a bit worried that they might returned it again

You email them to ask. When applied, I asked too, and they sent a positive reply.
