That's kind of a Hush. CIC actually has every right to ask or check anything.

She has a sudden refusal- quite a rude one because I guess she is inland applicant , you know how own border agencies normally treat inland applicant . But if she is honest would end up getting the visa eventually.

Ya, verification for employment based gc is common. She should have sent it and followed up. Not sure what went wrong. If she has receipt of delivery then she can open up the case again which is not an issue at all but too much post on it and i see that this is the only case on refusal of this kind. So not to worry about on it much.

Even for outland we can track it once the file is created we can followup hence she should have done followup after sending the documents. Dont know if the required documents were in place.

Seniors:
I have a question.
I have submitted documents twice.First documents was submitted prior the due date and was updated in my application. But the documents I submitted out of the due date has not been updated. My status is still "in process".
What' s your suggestion? Should I write to SINP to submit new documents again??

I believe they would have updated it but not published. I see that they are very good at processing the emails without missing any. One time i forwarded the document to immigration email but later they forwarded to the other email copying me asking to forward to correct id next time. So i think you are ok but let us see what others say.

Team,
I think we can call SINP to know if they received the documents correct? I remember like someone did the same to confirm on docs. Please confirm.
I know that someone else did email them asking on it but is it possible to call or email is enough or should we wait?

Do we need to have another group for "Apr-May-June-2015 PR applications" so that the applications from other groups as well can be tracked to monitor and estimate our upcoming step in the process?

As I know, There is a hidden section in their system and they can add documents but only themselves can reach and use those documents. I think they received and added your document to your application but you can't see it in your online system.

For your confident, you can send them an email and check to see did they receive your document or not?

Hello friends,

Need your help. I paid application fees through my credit card which is registered with my company address. So which address shall I fill in the receipt? Company address or my residential address as mentioned in application?

"The “Payer Information” fields must match the cardholder's information entered at the time of the payment." This is mentioned at http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/helpcentre/answer.asp?q=944&t=4

Any one having same experience?

One more question...

How is to send package by DHL? UPS and FedEx are not available in my area. Can I go with DHL? How is tracking system of DHL?

Regards...

I think they uploads only require documents. Or they may have system as described by Victorpapa. They had also uploaded only applicable statements instead of all I sent to them.

You can forward that mail to verify the same.

Best of luck for nomination...

Credit card address:
There can be only one address you might have mentioned in the credit card account for that month/day. Use that one which would be the billing address for that day in that credit card account.

Payer should match the name in the receipt:
Card holder's information should be mentioned correctly in the receipt. Nothing much.

General comment on receipt and card:
They just need card owner's information and i believe this will be the least thing they will verify. As the payment is through who will bother to check the detail on who holds the card and whose address was it and were they correct and can they verify first of all. So as long as they see the asked information filled (something filled on address and name) then we are good.

Any one having same experience?:
What experience?

How is to send package by DHL? UPS and FedEx are not available in my area.:
UPS has a location in Sydney, NS. You can verify in maps.google.com.
Fedex doesnt have office.

Can I go with DHL? How is tracking system of DHL?:
I dont see a reason why not. Even though they will use some internal/local courier to deliver from the the major city but it is trustable overall.

About DHL, you can read this:
http://www.canadavisa.com/canada-immigration-discussion-board/cio-all-pnp-applicants-connect-here-preparing-package-apply-aor-transfer-t282983.0.html;msg4280956#msg4280956

BUT if there isn't any other courier in your place then DHL will be fine because they will finally deliver your package to CIO after a little delay and strange tracking system! ;)

If one land under SINP then how long he has to live in Saskatchewan before moving to another province?

As of now, there is no specific time limit being imposed by state or federal. Its on ethical. Currently people move out of the state based on individual's circumstances.

Buddies,
Can I get more votes or comments so that we all agree? Please comment at least.

Even My PR application package is reached .The package was delayed by DHL for 10 days finally they say Mr.Dan has received them on 28/05/2015.
But they updated it today only. Hope everything will be fine:)

Now I started looking the job opportunities in SK.But the thing worrying is that most of the software companies are located in other cities like Toronto,Vancouver,Waterloo etc.As I am an SAP consultant I need some big companies to have SAP practice.

Did anyone think about it? How about changing province to Ontario or BC for getting job once we reach there? Will this create issue for PR later?
