I have a question, can one withdraw from the application settlement fund as long as it does not go below the minimum required for your family size? Because my settlement fund stated on my profile is way above the minimum required and I need to withdraw part. I am thinking they may expect this to be there till the process is completed.

I advised you not to do that. Sinp is always strict in the funds!

Applied in 2nd Jan 2015...

I receive surprisingly rejection letter from SINP, stating that I don't have settlement fund is account, while really I have minimum required fund for more than 3 years in my account... or in fact I have more than 7 times of the amount presently.

You do not meet the SINP settlement requirements. You must have proof of having
$24,920 deposited in a bank for at least 3 months

It seems to me there is a big mistake they have done during review..

Online application shows "Application Ineligible"

Can you please suggest how to request for review, what is the procedure, should I write a letter and sign or just email is enough.
rsx67, sorry to hear that, i advise you to write a strongly explanation letter to them in order to give you another chance to review your application. wish you good luck and ip again!

You are very free to withdraw from your account provided you do not withdraw less than the Fund required as proof of fund.

For example if the expected proof of fund for your family of Five is $28,000 you are expected not to withdraw less than that at every point in time.

Please note that it is expected that throughout your SINP Application Processing Time till you land in SASKs this fund $28,000 should be evident in your account.

Best regards,

Spicey

Sorry to hear about your refusal. I believe you should have lodge a review request immediately.
Also, may I ask if your balance went below 24,950 during last three months? May be for a single day?

Calling for sookie85, he may help you regarding reconsidering request process... :)

This is very simple dear, kindly renew your passport and forward to them as soon as possible.

Secondly buddy, didn't you send them References and Employment letters from your Employers for the past Ten years? Hurriedly obtain and scan same to them.

Thirdly, get updated POF from your Bankers and submit as Soon as Possible.

Why did they ask you for POF, any idea?

Kindly check the Oasis to ascertain if all the documents requested of you are still intact in the portal.

While waiting for your new passport, you can send them the ones you have.

NB: please when is your current passport going to expire?

Regards.

I have already done it but hope to add more in future before they request for updated bank statement. I pray and hope it does not have any negative implication and if it has, I will say I followed the application guideline. Cheers

Congratulation. This updated proof of fund request gives us a clear insight that they are working potentially to give the outcome soon. I suggest you to send most updated POF along with passport. Other documents you can send earlier. Best of luck.

Hi, please write an email to the person in charge in all cases Mr. David Li, Cc. Programe Director and Bcc The minster for immigration and policy making. All emails can be found in the Ministry of Economy's website. Address your letter to Mr. Li and provide all the required information and documents and also a strong reason why they should review your application.

Good luck!
