Hi girls and guys,

Hope your SINP application is progressing well.

I'm actually here to ask a question for a friend of mine who wants to apply for SINP. Since you guys are in it, perhaps you may know. I wanted to know if a person gets SINP on Job offer basis (skilled worker?), do they have to stay for certain amount of time in SK? Or after landing in SK, they can literally move to another province the next day?

If anyone of you can provide a piece of info - from any of the SINP site, or operation manual or any official source, that will be awesome.

Nearly after one year I received the additional document request from SINP last night. The documents requested are as follows:

Code of Conduct
Birth Document
Updated Job Offer Letter
IMM 5562 Supplementary Information: Your Travels

I should be able to provide all the documents but have an issue with the Birth Document. I am 1979 born in India and do not have a birth certificate. Can anyone in this forum help me with any other document / affidavit that would suffice this request. Just to let you know that my passport and my 10th Std. Certificate has my date of birth which I provided to SINP with my case filing but did not provide those as proof of birth but as identity and educational documents respectively.

hi ajevea, my name is deep i from India,i have applied thru wwics,in Oct 2012,i got my jo on march 2013, i belong to hospitality industry,my consultant told that on 21st June my employer in Saskatoon upload my vacancy in sinp. now my question is that how much time it will take for the approval,and total time for the sinp processes i mean when can i expect my visa,if you please advice me in my email id mailme.deepsankar@gmail.com,i will be thankful to you

hi aj i am deep my previous user name deep79 has changed and this is my new 1,one thing i can tell you that you can go to your municipal office and ask for ur b'certificate,or else u can contact ur local mp/mla who can assist you,by the way which place in india ur staying,1 thing i heard that sinp may be close their door by 31-12-2013,is it true? please let me know,and if you want to contact me,pls write me in mailme,deepsankar@gmail.com

Hi AJ,
I received the additional request in July this year, it didn't include 'code of conduct'. I'm curious and have no idea of 'code of conduct'. What is it?

@Superiris: Code of Conduct is a form in which you declare if you are applying to SINP on your own or using a consultant and provide details. If you are not using any consultant and have applied on your own you basically leave everything blank and sign the form.

What documents were asked from you??

hi ajeava,any updates u got,still now i did not get any information about my approval of job offer,i spoke to sinp they told for skill worker category it could be december,as i told you that my employer uploaded the vacancy on 21st of june
