Hi,
I quote;
1. Please tell me me how can satiafy vo that ill go back after studies thanks
- You are not a citizen of UK, so in cases like yours the ‘Level if establishment' is the most important factor to determine your eligibility. I have see many cases on this forum where CHC enquire mainly about family tie/level of establishment in case you are a resident of some other country. You need to show your prior accomplished graduation details in UK, work experience (is any), bank statement (if any), valid visa status. However, when you apply you MUST be able to show/convince Visa officer that you intend to return back home after you complete your course. You need to show ties/level of establishment to your country of residence (or your country of citizenship, in case you apply from there).
2. Man does private or public institute matter? i mean public institute's letter of acceptance has more value or no?
- Yes, it's matter a lot. Under Private School, you are NOT eligible for any off-campus work permit and Post Graduate Work Permit (except for selected degree courses).
3. In the UK's checklist they do not even require my degree's copy or english language test score?
- This UK visa checklist is meant for UK nationals only, not for non-EU nationals. You MUST submit your prior degree certificates and probably IELTS as well.
4. i have got admission in centennial college (public) in Graduation certificate in International business program( 1 year with co op) i have offer letter
but as i wanted to do PgDIp
i also took admission in CIMT college (pvt) which is offering 18 months pgd in business management. ( i have paid 400 cad for admission n waiting for offer letter)
actually i am not interested in Graduate cert though it is recognized by ontario graduate and it is the leading community colleg
what should i do? please reply
- You should refrain from any private school. If you want to do PG Diploma, you can find many recognized public colleges and university offering the same course. As I said earlier, with private school you won't be eligible for any PGWP.
