Visa officer has nothing to do/know about your personal life. He is interested to know who are the principal and co-applicant (if any) for the study permit.

I am not sure about what documents are asked by CHC UK/Islamabad but just follow the checklist and show enough funds. That should be more than enough to satisfy the VO. People follow the checklist and get their visa and there is no sure or known way how VO gets to know we'll come back after our studies to be very frank as almost every student goes there to settle. Reasons of return are extracted from the documents that we provide (not necessarily immovable property as atleast in India under SPP we do not show documents of our property and yet succeed in getting visa), we just need to follow the checklist and put a strong case file. As a matter of fact CHC does not provide any tailor made rejection reasons so its difficult to come to a conclusion if someone who was rejected on grounds of lack of intention of returning back might actually have that reason.

Its better to go for community college than for private for various reasons including PGWP. Also from visa point of view of point we can say a good community college is tad better.

Its highly recommended to go for Community College than for Private College.

Are you applying for Jan '12 intake? If not its better that you re apply for PG Certificate at a reputed Community college. It would be even better if you could apply to a reputed University.

Do not go for Post Secondary Certificate course. It will most probably lead to rejection.

Also why talk about levels? Post Graduate Certificate is okay to go for after graduation, you can rather write that you wanted hands on experience as its considered that Universities have more theoretical touch than practical unlike colleges.

- You should refrain from any private school. If you want to do PG Diploma, you can find many recognized public colleges and university offering the same course. As I said earlier, with private school you won’t be eligible for any PGWP.
