Whether you are accepted as a refugee will depend on the results of your hearing and the evidence you provide as part of your asylum claim. Are you working with an immigration lawyer? It is a good idea to work with an immigration lawyer.

My lawyer not very cooperative 'I have submitted my reason for refugee claimant and I got work permit but I'm expecting my final hearing hopefully soon so I need myself to be prepare '.
But I'm scared as I dont have any additional supporting evidence or documents.

Unless you are from a qualifying country and your case has been expedited, you'll likely be waiting until at least 2021 before you can expect a hearing. If your lawyer is not cooperative then I would recommend that you hire a different lawyer.

Being a single mother with 3 kids is not enough for anyone here to even guess your chances but if you say you have no proof at all of personal persecution, your chance is slim to none.
