When was your file transfered ? I can see you AOR was on JAN. Many who have submitted later have got PPR. Not sure on what basis they process the application.

Can anyone tell me in which adress should i send email to inquire about my passport status after i have submitted it to SVGO? 1 month passed amd nothing happened to my cic account i need to send an email to cic.

You submitted it at the VFS right? Well SGVO usually takes at least a month for any other visas. Not sure about the PR one. Did they give you any tracking/reference number? You can email to spore.immigration@international.gc.ca or Singapore-im-enquiry@international.gc.ca. Please do let us know their response.
By the way, how much time was given to you from PPR to submit your passport?

It appears that SGVO is working on the PNP files. I wonder if different teams review different types of files.

It's a bit strange. I don't know what order they are following. From the recent updates it appears some applicants whose files were transferred later to SGVO are given priority over those whose files were transferred earlier.

They go by AOR order. This complies with CIC rule on "lock-in" date. It also complies with sgvo email response "chronological order of application recieved date"

Applications are date stamped upon receipt at the CIO and then checked for completeness by date of receipt. The "application received" date at the CIO is the lock-in date. Processing offices should therefore not change the "application received" date entered by the CIO at file creation.

Send an email to CIC. Mention your UCI and Application no. in the subject line.

In the email mention you full name, DoB, AoR date, citizenship, and category of immigration. They will reply within 2 weeks about the status of your application.
