They answered my question in a generic response. I did not ask about the status of my application.
I asked them if I need to send a new PCC since the police clearances that I sent them in Feb 2017 will be expiring soon.
So they replied and said that PCC is valid for 1 yr from the issuance date.
They told me to submit a new one online.

I sent my CSE to them at about 10am and they replied to me at about 2pm today as well.

my PCC has no expiry date but all of my PCC are submitted more than 1 year ago. I dont know whether I need to re-send them new PCCs.

PCC is an abbreviate form of Police Clearance Certificate.
Where is your VO (Visa Office)?

based on their reply, PCC is valid for 1 year from the date of issuance.
