Hi redstone, yes, I have to provide police cert, IMM0008 Generic Application Form, IMM5669 Background Declaration Form and a bank draft to the Singapore VO. The medical test is send by the medical center via online to CIC. Also you need to prepare passport photo (taken recently) I've apply province of Manitoba.



Hello studd578, thanks and thank you for the great suggestion. Ya, I try to take my mind off the "WAITING" period.... and try to start organizing and packing my stuff...... and yes. Once got the visa, must land within a year from MR. I'm going to put a big NOTES to remind myself on that. ;D

Anyway, keep our finger cross and pray hard that the passport request will come very soon.
