Please ensure that the bank does not forward your bank draft to the Visa Section.
If your application is received at this office without the correct processing fee attached, it will be returned to you.

It's mentioned on CIC Singapore and you should also receive the instruction via email.

Yup I submit police clearance form together with Medicals. It's been one month after I submitted passport , still waiting ... Sigh

some where I hear in singapore they stamped visa hand to hand. how you sent your passport to visa office? by courier?

what do u mean stamped visa hand to hand?

i submitted through singapore vfs office. paid them are $40 for them to deliver for me few blocks away haha.....walking distance from VFS to the visa office is 15mins only.
