Ask your husband to call (you may call too from here) the Canadian consulate in Dhaka. Explain what happened. May be a fax from you be better.

When you went to do your child's passport, they didn't mention in any form or guide that if one parent is outside Canada, then you need his/her consent too?

Here's the link for Dhaka High Commission:

yes he is going at 8am, i think my husband told them he need to complete ppt form to apply the passport, he didnt tell that i already applied so in that case they would probably ask the code passport canada gave me..i dont know..he will go again in and i will also call them soon. I need to get this done before is too late. Nowhere in passport canada website state anything about one parent being abroad to get ppt done.tnx, :'(

Anybody can tell me what would be the mailing address if I want to sent documents by Courier to Visa Office in Singapore?

1 George Street #11-01 Singapore 049145

OR

PO Box 845, Robinson Rd, Singapore 901645

In their Website, they say street address as the first one and mailing address as the 2nd address. My question is if I sent something by courier, then what address I should use.

Hello again. I am hoping someone can help me with a question I am having regarding the passport request. In Vietnam, passports are required to be dropped off at an IOM (international office of migration) office. Singapore will complete the request then return the package to the IOM office. My confusion is with regards to the PPR letter. In it, we are required to check off how we would like the passport returned to us. These are our options:

How would you like us to return your passport(s)? (please √ ): -in person, registered mail, VFS

We have no idea which to check. I do not have any idea what the acronym VFS stands for? Is there anyone here who can help?

Thank you so much

Finally my wife's status changed to DECISION MADE and her home address changed to my Canadian address. The light at the end of the tunnel is getting brighter. ;D

Now that we got confirmation that the Application package is in Singapore Visa Office (we got a doc request a few days ago from SVO), we have my spouse's UCI # and File # for the Application.

If we wanted to change the e-mail address that SVO has on file, is it possible to change the current e-mail address by sending the visa office an e-mail?
