This is exactly why I told you to lock the spreadsheet when you first made it, it's gets complicated when there are too many users with an open spreadsheet

yes & again why i didnt want that is because i would be the only one to have access to change & responsible to update peoples timeline, so to be fair anyone is free to do so. too bad theres a low iq & illiterate moron changing things. :)

Its not first come first served basis so you cant always rely on others timeline. too many people applied after me already landed long ago. Anyways i believe once the officer have your file in hand your file will go in process and get ppr request if interview is waved. :-*

Hi.. about ordering GCMS.. If the sponsor is applying - then is he/ applying for information on his behalf or the applicant's behalf?

Does he need to give an authorization letter or sth?

Hi tamtam & alibaba: Do you guys mean by "authorization letter" - a filled out Consent Form (authority to release form) like "IMM5475" Form or use of a representative like "IMM5476" Form ?? Which one ?? Does an applicant need to write a letter, in addition, to one of these two forms, as well ??

PLEASE write more specific. I would like to request shiny88 and mehfuza to shed some lights on this query too ?? Thank you all, in advance, who will respond to this query.

You need TWO form ONLY (no additional letter, doc needed from anyone)
IMM 5563 http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/pdf/kits/forms/IMM5563E.pdf (to be signed by sponsor)
IMM 5475 http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/pdf/kits/forms/IMM5475E.pdf (to be signed by sponsor&sponsored person=scan to your spouse make it sign by her/him then scan back to sponsor. then just pay(payable to the receiver general of Canada) send forms by email or mail...) by email it takes approcimately 30days to receive Gcms notes. hope it helps

How are you , Shiny88 ? :)

Great shiny88! I appreciate your note regarding my query. You are always first to respond any query. Your tips are always helpful, shiny88. Thank you so much once again.
Yes, I paid $5.00 online today, and printed the receipt which I am gonna send with my application. I will scan all three parts (IMM5563, IMM5475, Printed Receipt of payment $5.00) and Email them to ATIP office in Ottawa very soon.

Hi shiny88: NEW! "IMM5744" replaced the OLD Form "IMM5475". I was just filling the Form "IMM5563" and it is mentioned there as "NEW" at point number 3. Additional Query: If someone apply under "Privacy Act", then NO fee of $5.00 has to be paid. Do you know who could apply under "Privacy Act" ? If someone apply for information for himself/herself, NOT on behalf of someone else ?? Like if someone is living in Canada and wanted to know his/her immigration information while waiting decision from CIC i.e., international students ?? Would you know about it ?? Thanks again, shiny88.
