I have just received my ITA last week and started the documentation. I am facing issues in getting a Certificate of Clearance from Singapore where I had lived more than 10 years ago.
Following the procedure given at CIC website and Singapore Police website, I lodged an application for both me and wife separately using my ITA as the supporting documents. While my appeal was accepted, my wife's appeal has been rejected because her name is not mentioned in the ITA. The SPF emailed us stating they dont accept checklists and forms and require a letter from the authority requesting this COC.
Has anyone experienced thus procedure with Singapore Police Force for spousal COC? Please help
