I have heard that if i get the job offer then only i can apply. is it correct. please advise on other part also.

no if u have a study permit without restriction about work u can go and get a SIN. If u have restrictions on study permit then u need to get a letter from college that ur a student and submit it to CIC and get a letter which will authorize u to work after which u can apply for SIN.shahid19091982 said:
