Does Score of Work experience are counted during the time that applicant study Master ?
e.g Master takes 1 Year long and ......during this 1 year , i meant

Any experience gained while under a study permit in Canada cannot be counted as work experience at all. Not for CEC nor FSW.
You simply can't count this as any sort of experience. You only count earned experience while under a work permit.

I did MS along with working full time - didn't matter.

These are 2 economic categories of Express Entry. So express entry encompasses both FSW and CEC.

My answer remains the same. You cannot use any experience earned in Canada while under a study permit.

Assuming you studied in Canada, of course.
