I have a few questions related to signing a full time contract job and I hope you experts can help me with them.
Background: I have SDS visa
1. I have both Study Permit and Work Permit (issued when I came to Canada). On the Study permit, under Conditions section it said that “This permit does not authorize the holder to engage in off campus employment in Canada” but on Work permit, there is no condition like that. So that mean I can work off-campus (part time during semester and full time in academic break) right?
2. How can the CIC track my worked hour during the year (when I apply for the PGWP) as the hours is not shown on any of the documents (payslip, T4, etc)? If I were to work 19 hours in one week and 21 hours the next week, is that gonna be a problem for me when I apply for PGWP?
3. Can I work 20 hours for a commission based job (ex, $20/h + commission on sales)?
4. Can I sign a contract for a job (a full time contract but the employer will record my working hours at 20) with benefit stated in annual form (ex: $40000/year)
