Signatures on financial evaluation & sponsor evaluation forms

Hi,
I have a rather silly question, the Document Checklist IMM5534 is asking signatures on Sponsorship evaluation form IMM5481 & Financial evaluation form IMM1283. (Page 5 of IMM5534 is asking for signatures)

I could not find any option on both IMM5481 or IMM1283 to sign the documents, where should I sign as a sponsor on these forms?

Any help would be appreciated.
