Signature required for package delivery?

Is it ok that a signature is required for the case processing centre to receive the package?
Canada Post's 1 day delivery requires a signature...

Yes a signature is ok as long as it is sent to the courier address there will be someone there to sign for it:

But it's not a courier service, it's just Canada Post. So shouldn't it still go to their regular PO box address?

I sent via Canada post with signature to the other address and received the signature by Mahmood.
But they took like 15 days to update their tracking system.

Just because it is Canada Post doesn't mean you have to send it to the PO Box.

If you send it via an expedited method (usually X amount of days with tracking or signature), it is considered courier.

Huh! Well I had no idea that's what courier meant. Thank you.

Anyhow, my application made it. So for anyone unsure… I sent my package to their "non courier address", via Canada Post, next day delivery, with tracking and signature. And, it made it!
