i had submitted my documents last month , just realized that in the generic application form , i had not written my first and last name on the last page , but i signed and dated it . will they send the whole package back to me or if i request them will they just write my name

Why don't you fill your name and mail the printed copy of that form to CIC with a letter explaining why you are resending that form?

They probably will send you the application back. The first step in
the application assessment is the completion check and by that time you
don't have your AOR so you can't send additional documents, because your
application is not in CICs system yet.
So if the assigned officer finds forms without signature or missing information
they probably send it back.

they probably might not , because mine was received at cio on 15th july and still no sing of getting returned , on spread sheet for July one applicants application was returned due to missing doc and that application was received on 22 July, hoping that wont have to waste unnecessary time to resubmit because not writing name with pen on last page of generic form

Hi, I know this is a very old thread. But was your application ever returned to you because of the name issue (not writing first and last name)?
