That made me laugh! Do you know how often people here said "thanks bro" to me? When I then tell them that I'm female the last time I check they apologize, which is fine. I don't mind repeating myself that I'm a woman but why would you bring yourself in that uncomfortable situation and assume that someone is male? If you are not sure what to say, don't say anything or just stay neutral
