SICK LEAVE QUESTION - HELP

I am on stress leave from my government job in Thunder Bay. Can i collect sick leave if i move to another city Sudbury where my children are??? Or do i have to remain in the city to collect insurance.

There is a FAQ at http://www.servicecanada.gc.ca/eng/ei/types/sickness.shtml It does say that you should notify them if you move and that if you leave Canada you will not be entitled to benefits but it does not say what happens if you move to another city. I suggest you contact the EI office that you are getting your payments through as well as Sudbury and ask them both.
