Hello just a quick confirmation on certain changes...is there a recent change on sponsoring siblings...
I am not sure if i misread previous ruling but per my current reading..siblings can only be sponsored if they are already orphaned..is this new ruling or an old one.thanks in advance

There are no recent changes. Sponsoring a sibling is conditional on some very specific criteria.
