FYI, I have pretty good scores in English (IELTS, TOEFL) and now learning French too.
Your questions are extremely basic and demonstrate that you haven't spent any time looking into this. You need to spend time researching Canada's immigration programs if you are serious about applying. No one here is going to do this research for you. If you don't have the time to do the research yourself, then you'll need to hire an immigration lawyer or consultant to assist you.Thanks Scylla..
