Showing Funds from US bank as POF during landing ?

Thanks in advance for helping wannabe Canadians.

I recently got my PR approved and I need some help in making a decision here.

Before landing,

1. Should I move my funds from US bank account to Canadian bank account like RBC (deposit only account) ?
or
2. Can I keep the funds in US bank account and show them that as a proof of funds ?

Not a problem to show US account.
